How do you prepare your substitutes to win you the game?

This service likens to the role of an individual development coach as I come into clubs, create, build and implement a methodology for the non-starters. This process enables them to become high performance substitutes, while also contributing to more positive scorelines and a competitive players cycle. The methodology we design is holistic and covers Technical, Tactical, Psychological, Social and Physical strategies.

I deliver my unique industry leading metrics. This helps teams objectively become more data driven with the preview and review of their substitutes, taking away any ‘hope’ or ‘gut feeling’. I work closely with the management team to help build an official strategy for helping teams achieve more results using substitutions.

How do you prepare your younger players for becoming a substitute?

This workshop is aimed at academy players and acts as an early intervention strategy in building a unique and club specific methodology to help modernise the role of a finisher. The holistic workshop takes players on through the 5 pillars of a substitute; Tactical, Technical, Psychological, Physical and Social and allows players understand the role of substitute while being accountable for it.
